Who can qualify Green Shape for lawn & ornamental
— people hold an active Certified Pest Control Operator licence with the Lawn and Ornamental category across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Martin. Hiring one of them is what lets the company sell the service. A further — held that exact licence and let it lapse — they're in the last tier. Longest-licensed first, throughout.
On phone freshness: every person here renewed in 2025 or 2026 — 961 of them in 2026 alone. The state collects contact details at renewal, so these numbers were confirmed within the last 18 months. The stale numbers were all on the expired licences, which are already excluded.

Tapping a number logs the call. The outcome dropdown next to it starts on “Called” and you change it as the conversation goes — no answer, call back, interested, not interested. Everyone with the passcode sees the same log, refreshed every few seconds, so two people never call the same operator twice. Put your first name in the box at the top and it gets stamped on every call you log. Setting an outcome back to “not called” clears the entry.
Before you dial. A certified operator can only qualify one company at a time, so assume everyone here is currently employed — this is a recruiting call, not an availability check. Tier 1 is where to start: 10–30 years licensed, with a personal mobile that is not their company's main line. Tier 3 are the 30-year veterans; most own the company they qualify, so that is a partnership conversation instead.
The two filters. Lapsed holds people who held this exact licence and let it expire, and who hold no active one now — the badge shows the year it lapsed. They are trained and can be reinstated with the state, but until they do, they cannot qualify us, so treat them as a second pass rather than a first call. 35+ yrs licensed narrows whichever tier you are in to the longest-serving people. Note that it filters on how long they have held the licence , not on age: the state publishes no date of birth in this report, so tenure is the closest thing available and someone licensed 35 years is not necessarily any particular age.
